Returns + Repairs
Due to the nature of our give-back model, Akazi cannot accept any returns unless it is in the form of store credit and only if the order was placed through the Akazi website. Returns made through third-party partners must be negotiated through original place of purchase. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase or arrival of order. Akazi is not responsible for any additional shipping costs.
If permissible, repair claims can be negotiated through our contact form. Additional repair fee may occur depending on the nature of the piece. Akazi is not responsible for any additional shipping costs.
